Hi!
A couple of days ago I bought an Upgrade License to MarkdownPadPro2 and, upon entering my Email address and Key information and clicking OK I got an error message which said, among other things that 'OpenSSL.core.Native' threw an exception.
I tried submitting an error report from the program but that didn't work either so I had to resort to submitting my problem via the online support process. I still have received no response. In any case, I decided to look for an answert on my own. I found one at
https://www.board4all.biz/threads/markdownpad-2-pro-keygen.681152/ .
In essence, all I had to do was to download a ZIP file for an older version of OpenSSL code (v1.0.0a) and extract two files
- libeay32.dll
- ssleay32.dll
In the MarkdownPad install directory I renamed the original files, adding a 0 to each name, then copied the two above files to the installation directory.
Doing the above fixed the problem for me (Windows 10 OS, Asus Notebook with SSD).
I am now looking forward to benefitting from the added features of the MarkdownProUpgrade.
With best regards, Roger
