I'm evaluating the free version of Markdown 2 to see if it has the features I want, but typing hyperlinks does not create a link on the preview pane. For example, typing https://www.google.com doesn't create a url link in the preview pane.
Is this a pro level feature or is it something that can be activated?
Markdown Pad is dead. Don't even invest 1 cent!
It's a GitHub Formatted Markdown feature to automatically create links from plain URLs, and in MDP2 using GFM is a Pro feature. But as others have said, MDP2 is dead, consider that before deciding whether to pay for it or just use something else.
Thanks for the replies.
Can anyone recommend a full featured Windows markdown editor that is still under active development?
